How much room will I need for the inflated jumping castle?

Our castles vary in size. Please add half a metre to each dimension provided for access to the jumping area and the blower for the castle.

Please also consider the access way for the deflated castle. Do you have stairs? Is it steep? Is it narrow? Please let us know at the time of the booking so we set up as quickly as possible for you.

What time do you drop off and pick up the castle?

We arrive an hour before and after your scheduled party time. The castle will take 20 mins to set up / pack up.

What about cancelling your booking?

If we call you and cancel on the day due to unsafe weather, you are not charged for the booking. We are happy to discuss alternative options if available or delay the booking on the day if the weather clears. We reserve the right to come and collect the castle at any time during the booking if a substantial amount of rain occurs. Once the castle is at your event and set up, no refund will be provided.

However, if you call to cancel or reschedule your castle booking for any other reason, we have the right to keep your deposit.

What are your safety requirements?
You are required to sign a legal waiver which clearly outlines all rules for the duration of the castle hire. We also require your credit card details to cover any unexpected damages or cleaning fees.

What about damages?
You break it, you buy it.
